RFE. wac041, going to start a new job

I got the RFE last week, and I lost the job 3 months ago.
They asked for
last two years w2, no problem
but the other two could be problems for me,
last 3 pay stubs, my last one is three months ago,
Evi of employeement, i don't have now but soon.

I am going to get an offer letter this week, it is on the way of the mail man,

Is it good for me to sent the new offer letter along with the pay stubs three month ago with the old company, and tell them I just got the new job?

Or did anyone get 485 denied like my case?

I think you will have atleast 2 months (or is it 84 days?) to respond to RFE. I am sorry that I am not able to give you the exact number of days to respond to RFE, but please do check with your lawyer

If you are sure of joining the new company, please start working ASAP and hope you will get paid fortnightly. So you should have 3 pay stubs in 45 days.

Then you can respond to the RFE with the most current information.
