RFE - W2 wage question

My company received RFE requesting my W2 forms for 2005 and 2006 and recent paystubs.
My salary in 2005 was just 4% less than wage in LC. In 2006 it is higher than in LC. My LC was filed in 2003 and approved in June 2006. Should I worry about the fact that in 2005 my salary was less than in LC?
If they deny my case what should I do?

No it does not matter. Salary needs be paid only after the GC approval.


During I-140 stage as long as your employer has ability of paying you are fine.
