RFE W-2 issues

My w-2 amounts are about 1/3rd of my LC salary. How does this affect my GC if I get RFE in future about tax returns and w-2. I am just waiting to pass the 6 months from 140 approval ( pass the revoke time) to use AC-21.

Do you mean your I-140 has been approved? If this is the case you don't have to worry right now since I-485 RFE will not be arrive before 6 months in most case.

Six month from i-485 receipt date, not from I-140 approval date !

If that passed and then you are good-to-go !!
