RFE Vs Priority dates

My priority date is March 12th 2002 INS issued RFE for my I-485 on Jan 6th and replied last week, are they going to approve my case irrespective of priority dates or do I need to wait till priority dates become current?

I am on the same boat too. My priority date is March 15th 2002 - EB3. I got a 485 RFE(which seems like a 140 related issue - work experience letters) a couple of days ago. My I-140 is not yet approved. If yours gets approved, let us know.
 
yep, I was wondering the same thing. our PD is june 2002 and EB3 I485 is May2003. we got an RFE in dec2004 which was replied in Feb2005. with the PD retrogression, i doubt that they may review the file. but it is NSC so you can never tell. has anyone with EB3 application with PD beyond march2002 and from affected countries been approved lately?
