RFE - urgent help needed

Hello Friends,

I received an RFE last week calling for 3 month pay stubs and employment letter. My salary has gone up by 10 percent in the last 3 years, since LC was filed.

Can some one provide your experince on such similar case, if it causes any problem in the approval process. I am with same company with same duties.

My opinion

This should not create any problem since you are with the same company and in the same position. The increase can be attributed to regular yearly performance hikes, if need by. For now, when you respond to the RFE, just submit the requested documentation.

Ofcourse, your attorney should be able to give you a better opinion and help you further.
