My RFE was for

Employment letter
2 years tax returns
1 month paystubs. (Yes 1 month not 3 or 6)

So if someone tells you they always ask for 3-6 month paystubs dont believe them.

Did u change jobs after 180 days of I485? If u did, was ur salary less than what it was when u applied for your Labor? I got an RFE on 11/19 asking for letter, 3 months pay stubs, last 2 years tax returns. I changed my job and my current salary is less than the prior one. So i'm worried now.

i think u r case and mine went to the same a**h*** IIO...
your RFE and mine are totally same..no change
i changed job too, but my pay is more than what specified in labor..
right now i am worried little bit about getting the emp letter from my current employer, because i am working on W-2 hourly basis..

I just dropped the RFE docs at the lawyers place this morning. I changed employer after 10 months. Salary way too higher than labor(34K). Employer just framed the letter as me working 40hrs/week, earning $XX/ hour which is annualised to $XXXXXX. I hope everything works out good. I was lucky that I was not asked for prospect for continued employment. I was sure that my employer will not provide one.
