I received a RFE. I already sent the reply back; CIS was asking for vaccination record, and EVL. I am hoping to get a response soon!!

FP: 11/03

We are glad u received and shared with us.

it seems that 1st quarter of 2003 cases are most active, many shared that they received FP .

it look me they have divided cases in two . One they are processing the 2002 left (June-Dec) cases. and others are working the 2003 whose FP has done and ready to adjust , plus also starting issuing FP/RFE.

bottom line June-2002 - June 2003 cases are in process.

After FP....how long it will take for Processing?

Hi POJ,

Do you have any idea about current trent in Processing after FP.
I guess we are in the same boat. FP done late July 2004. May2002 RD.
 
I am also waiting for the RFE or Approval ? FP's Done in Jul 15th and the LUD or status not updated as they received FP / issued FP.

Called Customer Service, no use obtaining the status.

UnFort_User we are close RD but I have not received any FP notice Yet. waiting. neither LUD changed since filled.

its difficult to guess how much TSC take time after FP. the trend is not same. but one thing as u noticed too they are processing quickly which are ready to adjust and FP either recently done or near expire. many ppl shared they did FP June/ and got quick approval.

Before they were used to to issue FP after one year of RD/ND and case adjust after one year FP done. mean 1+1 (RD + FP) = 2-3 yrs.

when did u get FP......... ? since a couple of days I noticed that ppl 2003 1st quarter cases are getting FP +RFE ......hope I and other 2002 ppl would get too. I know they are in more pain than me. its frustating.

POJ you are right, there is one group processing Jun-Dec 2002 filers and another one 2003 filers. There is another 3rd group of Mar-May 2002 filers whose cases have been untouched.... are we jinxed or what?We are waiting endlessly here and people who have filed a year after us are getting approved, good for the, bad for us as these same resources could have been used for our approvals if this was based on first come first serve basis. What is TSC's problem with us? Some of us have not even received their first FP notices. TSC if you are listening, its time to show an ounce of fairness!!!! Or is it too much to ask for?? :(

Dear POJ and ADDTX,

I did not get my FP on its own. Every week fax, senator, congress man help, AILA help, Attorney help.....I was putting lot of pressure on them for the last 6 months. Some one clicked. I got FP on July 28th.

My RD is May-2002.

So, put pressure on them....

I guess Attorney contact has more value.

After FP another hurdle is name check....pain to the core. :mad:

Because one applicant from this forum who did FP on July28th got his I485 approved recently. Mine is not touched...may be name check issue.

I too did FP at the end of July after a lot of efforts from my side as you mentioned, our status update changed from begining of August till the 27th and then stopped. The status showed everyday as FP results received and ....etc etc. After that nothing, dead silence. My point is, why the bias against all those in may-June 2002, when several others who filed later got FP and are now getting approvals. It SUCKS!! The staff which is doing approvals for 2003s and also sending FP notices to 2003/2004 filers can very well be allocated for 2002 FPs and approvals which would only be fair as we have been waiting endlessly this long, its really very frustrating!!
