Please advise me what I should do. Mine and my son's I 485 process triggered to RFE (do not yet know what this RFE is) after we did address change. Where as my wife's (still in old address and an appilicant of dependent I485) has not applied for address cahnge and her I 485 status has not changed. She is currently on independent H1b but dependent for AOS. She is quitting her job and H1b status next week and joining us. When should she apply for address cahnge (AR11).
In the mean time our FP is expired (5/2003). Can you guess why is this RFE for and I was a professor in a university at old address and changed to similar job (professor at bigger school but slightly less salary) and at a new address in different Zone VSC. I am currently on EAD. Can any respected gurus like POO can advice me if I can do something. When should I change my wife's address. This RFE is driving me crazy. Please write whatever you know or think about eventualities. Thanks in advance....
