Hello everybody,
Based upon my previous experience (see thread NIW-NSC RFE) with this forum and the very useful suggestions that I recieved here, I am posting another question regarding response letter to RFE.
As a background my RFE requires additional documentation (so more letters, citations of my work and the like).
Should the response again include the three prongs of NIW; field of substantial intrinsic merit, benefits of work national in scope, labor certification not required OR Is it better to leave out the labor certification waiver part out and directly address their question (prove that you are engaged in and have done significant original research and back it up by additional recos and citation evidence)?
How should one draft this letter without making it appear repetitive (like the original application)?
Should this be another detailed document; like the original application or do they prefer a shorter letter where you concisely address their concern? I guess this is related to my first question.
Any suggestions on drafting of the RFE response would be helpful since I'm doing this myself sans help from a lawyer.
Thank you all in advance for your help.
