RFE???Time Line???90 Days???

Hi all
It's 15th day today (RFE dated 5 November 2003) and I (my attorney) still didn't receive my RFE

I don't know what to do?

If suppose we ask for resend of RFE, does the clock reset for the 90 days to reply to RFE or is the time of 90 days counted from the initial RFE date?

Check your employer as well

Mine took a good 15 days and was not sent to me or the Lawyer. It was sent to the employer, so check with them as well. Give it another week.
