RFE time limit.

How much time does one get to respond to RFE? I would appreciate your reply. I am expecting RFE any time soon.
Does it come to you or does it go to your attorney only.
If some one does not have an attorney on the file what happens?

Why are you expecting RFE ? Did you heard on AVM or it's just your prediction ?

Your RFE goes to your attorney not to you. My RFE was mailed out on Sept 20th 2002 (ND) and I have uptil December 16th to respond to my RFE. You do the math.

you get 12 weeks to respond to the RFE.
It is sent to the attorney.
