I applied for the I140(EB2) at the NSC in July 2006. I just got an RFE saying that "the affidavit from *** does not conform to Service standards".
I had used an affidavit from a colleague to prove my experience. I have read several other posts here where the service centers have accepted affidavits as proof of experience.
I looked up the internet to find what could be a suitable standard for the experience letter. Even the I140 application does not enforce any strict requirements.
If anyone could post any pointers in this direction I would highly appreciate.
