my attorney has answered an RFE on photos on an Advanced Parole application with nebraksa service center.Normally how long does it take for them to approve / respond to a replied RFE.
Also I would like to know if the AP is approved by the same officers who work on 140 /485 ???
mine is a concurrently filed 140 /485 filed mid march 2004
(I guess mine is one of the most unfortunate ohato memo cases)
EAD obtained
FP done and FBI check completed ( pending joint adjudigation if It comes under ohato memo)
