RFE Status Follow-up through new number

I got RFE on Feb and Lawyer responded in March, but we haven't
received any decision yet.

I was told by lawyer that VSC cut off their phone line, he
has to call a new 800 number instead.

Does anybody know if we can still get hold of somebody through this 800 number to fetch more information rather than the dated note posted online for individual case

Hi, there, sorry it's a typo, should be 08/26/02
