My case got approved on 12 dec 2001. I was waiting for approval letter for my wife.
On 1st march 2002 I got a letter from LOCAL INS office (St Paul) saying that you need to send sufficient proof that ( Shared life together ). I have submitted all the documents on 4th March.
In that letter they have written specifically If you will enquiry anything the approval process will take more time. For that reason I cannot call INS.
Did anybody get this kind of letter. Please let me know.
I check AVM machine, It does not say any message saying that it got
transferred to local INS office.
I do not know what is going on.
Please let me know any body has this kind of situation.
