My details are as follows :
RD 2/1, ND 3/1, EB2 India,at NSC. I had checked the AVM last night and it says on Jan 23rd letter for additional documentation or evidence has been mailed, but for my wife, it just says the usual old message of 330-360 days.
I am wondering what the RFE might be about. Also, why no updates on my wife\'s case. If I recieve RFE,does it imply that my case is moving in the right direction ? Also, after replying to RFE, how long should I wait to get approval.
I would really appreciate if experts on this board can answer my concerns.
