RFE sent means NC cleared

My I-485 was pending for long time due to Namecheck.
Yesterday i received RFE for medicals and Marriage certificate.
If RFE is sent means my back ground check is cleared.
I had sent a letter to FL and senators to expedite namecheck and even got letter from FBI that my name check is in process. So i am just hoping that NC is cleared.
Appreciate your input.

I think that is a good sign.

I believe there are somethings that they review before Name Check.
There are somethings they review AFTER Namecheck.
I believe Medicals is something they review after Namecheck.

When did you write to senator and FL and when did you get response from FBI saying that yours is in process?

Did you have a LUD when u received ur RFE?

Before or during Name Check, they verify Employment Letter, Pay Stubs etc.

This is the pattern that I have seen regarding RFEs with regard to Name check.
