Hello,
We sent RFE for missing medicals in Dec'04. I changed job in Mar'05. Have not yet done AC21 , my lawyer thought I would get the approval before sending the paperwork.

Now my lawyer from earlier company is no longer with the company. I have not got any approval yet ( RD June 2003 , concurrent application, 140 approved in Feb 04 . Labor resubstitue, PD on 140 is Feb 1999) . My LUD changed on 23rd. March but still no status change.

Can I email USCIS via email since its more than 60 days after RFE ?
What is their email address ?
or should I call USCIS with my case details ?

Do I need to send paper work for AC21 ?

Vermont is currently approving May04. I am almost year earlier than that :-(

Mine is also substitute and sent to local office.

There was an RFE and I never received it. In Nov04, it was transferred to local office. The RFE was sent in Aug04 and never recieved RFE.

Mine RD is June'03

How do I find out if my case is transferred to local office ?

I dont know which local office do I belong to ? I live in SF bay area but the company's head quaters is in North East and hence was filed from Vermont.

The RFE was regarding missing medicals. I had not done my medicals when 485+140 was applied.
 
My status message only says that the response to RFE was received in Dec'04 and usually it takes 365-540 days for the approval but since the intial processing was complete my take less time and so on and so forth...

your seems to be quite normal case. It may be just that it is taking time to process.

If at all there is a transfer, it will transfer to the area where your residential address falls under. Unless they mention about transfer, donot worry about that.
