RFE Sent for our cases(may 2001) on dec 12th

RFE was sent on Dec 12th for our cases ( myself and my wife's). As usual, the 800 customer service number is of no use, when we inquired for what the RFE is about. We have to wait to receive the RFE in snail mail. I am waiting for almost 6 years for the green card. Hopefully, I will get out of this wait soon. I have been following this site regularly for last 5 years and now that I have some info to share, I am posting this thread.
Case details:
PD - March 1998
ND - May 14, 2001
FP - Jan 2003 ( for my case) , May 2003 ( for my wife)
RFE - Dec 12, 2003
AD - Soon ( hopefully!)
 
Hopefully new year gift on the way
when call 800 NCSC ask u want to talk to Immigration officer
they let you talk to Imm. Officer.
