How Long Would You Say It Takes To See The Online Update After You Sent The Evidence Back To Uscis. It's Been Almost A Week Now Since I Did And Still No Updates. Thanks

the status updates online about a week to ten days after you send your RFE in. so wait a few more days and you should see it online.

2 weeks

I'd give 2 weeks from the time u sent it. The question is when u sent your RFE to USCIS, did u use certified mail or just regular first class postage? If u used certified mail, it gets updated fairly quick but if u sent it via regular first class mail and the online status doesn't change in 2 weeks, I'd suggest u to re-send them again by certified mail.

I am in the same situation except I got an RFE at the interview. Sent in and still waiting for an update/response. Anyone in a similar situation as me please chime in. Thanks :(

I got RFE yesterday, although it was dated on June 2, 2008. They want my college transcripts and original I-20 ( I originally entered US with F1 visa). My application is family based (spouse) adjustment of status so the RFE is irrelevant to my present case. I guess they just want proof I actually did go to school. (Sadly, I never graduated.)
I'm stressing out about it because the 2 schools I attended in NYC are not being very cooperative in getting my transcripts ready. My case was moved from Chicago and is now at the local Miami office. NOt sure if this is good...
Hopefully once they get my RFE response they'll FINALLY approve me.
