My wife got an RFE a couple of days ago. The issue is that in one fo the forms(G-325 - Biographic info form), we mistakingly put an incorrect date for the last 5 year address info. Instead of saying 03/2003 - Present time, we put 10/2002 - Present for the last living address. This has resulted in INS seeking proof of legal entry for my wife on 10/2002.
My question to the forum is: How do we reply to this RFE. It was a mere typo and it should have read 03/2003 instead of 10/2002. My plan is to state this in the cover letter and also include all pages of my wife's apssport and her I-94(which states that she entered in 03/2003). Would this suffice? Do any of you see any issues with this. I am a bit anxious about this. Just when I thought everything was fine, this happened. I would greatly appreciate any help from experts on this forum.
