RFE:Second FP

I have an RFE for a second fingerpt. My WAC is 03-003 and reciept date in July 2002 .

Is this an indication that my file is opened and has a chance of getting a decison in next 6 months ?
 
RFE= Request for evidence.

So did u recieve RFE or did u receive notice to complete FP2?

My online status says the following ...so I assume it is an RFE asking me to go for second finger printing because I recieved a letter for my next date for finger printing.
we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case
