Hi all
has any one heard or experienced where the RFE / labor says your salary has to be X$/annum but due to the economic conditions blah blah blah its Y$ whereY < X .
Has any one been approved/rejected with this condition or heard any one in the similar situation and been approved after RFE.
Also what kind of doumentation do we provide to make it a solid cae tht the salary is valid and your important to the company and will continue to work there.
please let me know ,
