RFE(s) on my I 140 are as following, need your input!!!!!

1. Original labor certificate
2. My qualifications to fit in that job position
3. Company's Balance sheet unitl March 2005
4. Company's Tax returns for 2003/2004
5. My 2004 tax returns
6. My 2004 W2 forms
7. My latest pay stubs.

I know they want lot of information but do you guys think this common.
Mine is a labor substitution.

It happens. Just give them what they ask for and you will be OK.

Substitution Labor is the problem for U I guess..
What is the job req in Labor and what Ur Qualification...?
If they match U are all set.
Every thing else is simple to provide -- labor certificate + tax retuns etc etc.

Labor needs a bachelors in computers or electronics.
and I have US ms in computer science.
I have been employed with this employer and have been paid 5k more than minimum wage.
So do you think I am alright

Yes U are all set. -- U are over qualified.
How come they issued U an RFE ... bad luck I guess.... but nevertheless the reply to the RFE will give U a faster Aproval.

Right now this I 140 approval has lot of impact on everything.
Just have to wait and see
