Hi All,
We have been seeing some approvals of 11/99 and 12/99 cases without RFE\'s...could it be that the officer(s) who are looking at these cases, decided to approve these, since they didn\'t see any need to send RFE\'s, BUT at the same time kept aside the other 11/99 and 12/99 cases that they are supposed to adjudicate since they felt that there was a need to send an RFE, and would be sending it in order (first October case RFE\'s, then November RFE\'s and then December RFE\'s)...
I could be totally wrong here....please let me know as to what you think...
