Sep 22 RFE rx on BCIS web site with the below message ,

On September 22, 2003, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

any idea how much more time time will it be before i see the GC!! and i hope its not 365 days as they mentioned .

It's interesting that online message got updated promptly, especially with all the problems their website was having lately.
 
not wanting to burst your bubble, but I have seen that message for the last couple of months:

It seems to me that all the VSC staff are grazing with fields with the livestock as opposed to working on our applications.

Had rfe for fed tax return and pay stubs on Aug 08, responded on Aug 18 and have a similar message that they received it on Aug 20.

No word yet. Does anyone know what the process is for RFE's? Does it go back into the long long que or is there a separate que for already opened applications?

RFE received by INS on 9/5/03. Same message.
