All,

I have received RFE for EVL, 3W2's and 3 Paystubs but also INS also asked me and family to submit G-28 form stating that applicant/beneficiary must be the one to sign on the bottom.

I am AC21 case and had'nt inform INS about my change of job. I am hiring a new lawyer also. Need help in understanding what needs to be done for G-28 form..what does that mean.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Appearance as Attorney - This states who is your attorney repersenting you!!! If you get a new attorney then he/she will fill out this for you.

That means I've to file individual G-28 for each member of my family as I got RFE for individual asking same g-28 and additional for me(primary)?
Yes, I did my 2nd FP on Dec,4th and then got my RFE. My wac# is wac02042.....
 
The lawyer will get signature on G-28 (separate form for each applicant) and send it with the response to RFE. This is a very trivial matter, don't kill yourself.
