EB2, RD: 3/31/00, ND: 4/26/00
Recd RFE asking for medical forms.
Mailed the response to INS on 5/8/2001. But INS system is still not updated. Spoke to an IIO and she said they have not received the response, and told me to send the response again. But lawyer says she has confirmation that INS has received it. The deadline date specified on the RFE is July 5. Should I send the response again? Any suggestions?
