One of the RFE is Provide an employment letter OR if you are no longer employed by your original I-140 petitioner, you may still be able to adjust under AC 21 .....................................................
If you are now claiming such eligibility please provide an employment letter from your perspective employer -------

To respond to the RFE under AC 21, my attorney has given me an employment letter format and asked me to get similar one from my employer.
Employment letter from the new employer says that I joined them after 180 days of 485 application and so I am eligible for AOS under ac21....................................................................................
Is this the right way or do the attorneys have to respond in a separate letter ?
