how many days it takes to get RFE response on EAD renewal. I am currently on unpaid leave of absence and RFE is regarding new photographs.

INS received new photos on junes 18th.

I am on the same boat. My RFE response was rcvd on 5/26 but no approval yet. The RFE was about complete copy of passport and I94.

Did u try calling BCIS? Do they provide any further information on such cases? How lomg is the waiting time in your message? Mine is 60-90 days. Can I walk to INS local office on 91st day and get my I-EAD?

I called them 2wks ago and it was useless. By the way I did get my IEAD before rfe which will expire on 8/3/04. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
