I have sent my emp letter as requested in the RFE on 4/10/01. Checked the avm, still says an "RFE was sent on ...". Talked to IIO afterwards and she said the the mail room has a back log and so they haven\'t updated the computers to reflect the receipt of RFE!
How many days does it require for them to update the AVM?
