Guys,
How many of us are still waiting for the approval after INS received
our RFEs. Let us make the list.

RFE response recd by INS (22 May)
waiting for approval.
RFE : Emp\'s later (with future prospectus), 2000 w-2 and last 3 pay stubs.

In your case when did u send the RFE response. I want to know how long
does it take for INS AVM to change to RFE recd..... I sent the RFE response on May 24.

RFE recieved by INS - May 2nd(RFE was for Employment letter)
Talked to an IIO this just now and she said the case is with an officer and should hear in about 30 to 45 days. Just frustated and waiting patiently.

I sent the RFE response on May 11th, 2001. It took a week for INS
to update.

Don\'t worry. In your case it might take a little longer, due to the
Memorial Day Weekend. Anytime your message will change.

Yes you are right. I had approvals for me and my daughter(ND 12/00). The RFE was for my spouse as I had mentioned earlier.

RFE issue : 5/14
