RFE response question

Hi,
Is there time limit for USCIS to respond back once they receive response to RFE? USCIS received response to RFE for my case (both I-140 and 485) on dec 9th 2004, but they have not responded back. Should i enquire with them? Any advice what steps should be taken is highly appreciated.

My case details are as follows:

EB3, priority date after Jan 2002
I-140 - receipt date 07/2004
485 - receipt date 07/2004
FP - 08/2004
RFE on I-140 - 11/27/2004
RFE on 485 - 11/27/2004
response received by USCIS for RFE - 12/9/04 (both I-140 and 485)
still waiting for decision?

anybody in similar situation?

You should have share your RD, FP and RFE with forum earlier.

All silent observers please share your details with forum.
 
No decision on my reply to RFE for I140

Service Center received reply for RFE on I140 for ability to pay on 1/18/05.
LUD changed on 1/18/05 and 1/21/05. Still no decision is taken.
I140 with concurrent I485 RD 2/25/04
EB3 PD 5/15/02
FP done 9/21/04.
