Rfe response not received by USCIS even after one month

My attorney had responded to my RFE to the USCIS on June 20th and we have the tracking number from fedex confirming its delivery at Vermont mail center.
However the USCIS website still shows the old messge stating that an RFE was issued on June 1st. I will like to know if there are others who are in the same situation . Should this be a cause for concern. Or its just that USCIS has simply forgotten to update the case status. Please advise.

They apparently have contractor worker bees that enter the status updates. It is notoriously unreliable. People have gotten approvals/denials/rfes without any changes in the system.
 
Some times, they won't update msg. (for example, spouse and I done FP at same time. They updated mine but for spouse it's still shows 2 years old msg). As per my lawyer, no need to worry (but i am not sure)
