The NSC online message indicates that BCIS received my response to their RFE on March 18th, 2003.
But what bugs me is the second part of the message that says
"We received you RFE response on March 18. It takes between 450 to 480 days to process such cases. But since the preliminary processing on your case is complete you may receive a decision before the maximum stated time in this message"!!!
Is this is standard message that pops when they receipt the RFE or do you think I should expect to wait another year or so for final decision?!!! Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks - B.
