Hi,
I received RFE on my EAD application. The rfe is related to
establish my true name documentation.
The story is on my EAD renewal receipt I found my name
spelled wrongly **LIKE***** instead of **LIJE*****. So I
requested correction. Now BCIS says my name in 485 is
spelled as **LLIJE*****. BCIS wanted me to provide my birth
certificate as evidence. Unfortunately I don't have birth certificate.
So I wanto submit "Non-availability birth records", affidavits +
my passport copy. Will that be OK? and also how it must be
submitted (any format for submission)?
Any help is highly appreciated since I am not using a attorney at
this stage.
