Hello, I am an American Citizen married to a non citizen, we are filing an adjustment of status to get my wife permanent residency. We received an RFE for my wife’s birth certificate, when we responded to the RFE I did not write the case number on the shipping envelope, the only thing I put was both of our names and a return address. Will this affect our case?
