My lawyer responded to the RFE on saturday.

The RFE was for the Employment letter and Biographic information.

Just before the RFE I switched the jobs using AC21. The new company is also under VSC. Let\'s see what happens. I will keep you posted.

RFE and AC21

Did your lawyer include the employment letter and Bio info when 485 was filed?

Does your new job have the similar job title and description? Thanks a lot for keeping us posted!
 
YES !!!

I did send the employment letter from the new employer. My lawyer indicated I switched jobs using AC21. Actually I included my biographic info when I filed for I485.. DO not know why they were asking it again. Yes..I have the same salary and designation.

Good luck to you buddy!!! Hope you will get your approval soon. Man..I also got the RFE. They are asking for last 3 paystubs and employment letter.
Why is your lawyer taking so much time reply the RFE. You got your RFE in the begining of October, didn\'t you? Anyways good luck to you buddy!! The wait continues man.......

Delay in response

Thanks man. As I moved jobs, I was waiting for the letter and also lawyer took sometime to prepare and send the biographic docs. That was the reason for the delay.
