Did any one get real help talking to NSC Customer Service Center?
NSC Processing Date web-site says---
"If you recived a request for evidence and you Responded more then 60 days and have not recived a decision, please call our National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283."

I am few Unfortunate Asylee here ND Jan 2001 still waiting.
USCIS recived my RFE (I-602 Waiver) on First week of OCT. 2005 then i did my BIO 1 on first week of Jan 2006. It's over 4 months seince USCIS recived my RFE and no decision yet. I am getting worried now and don't know how long i have to wait or what to do.

I am so sorry that you feel Unfortunate Mentos. You may filed an enquiery on your case, after they passed 30 days from your timelline on their website.
Other wise they may not help you. BUT call them and tell the Costumer service that this is your situation. All depends on you Luck but you may get someone very helpful. Just to let you know there are always some ways to survive so always keep you hope on top of your head. I feel the frustration but you are close, try to relax and call them tomorrow and question their Email.
Just to let you know, when you call 1-800# press 1 for Eng. and the rest of the #2 till the conect you to CSR.
GoodLuck and keep in mind that those people are human being as well, eventhough they are working over there because of the life's need but still they can be very very helpful.
I cross my finger for you to get approval soon.

Mentos, You will be approved by first week of march. Remember 2 holidays in the past 2 months..works stop for 2 weeks almost becuase of 3 day weekends in the Govt.

You can call but I am positive your gc will be approved by first week of march..
 
Thanks Want. This is the only family (This forum) i have now that i can share my pain. Every day feels like every year to me.
I belive you Brother Want. I will wait until first week of March then Call USCIS.
And hope you are right.
