We have received an RFE to show legal status by supplying either the I-94 or the copy of the nonimmigrant visa page. We have responded the RFE very next day with proper copies.

Online case status still shows
"Your Case Status:
Request for Evidence" with the following message

We received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use the processing time information on our website to estimate when this case will be done. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

I am wondering if anybody experienced this. Not sure what to make out of it. Usually on RFE response cases "case processing resumed" message would display.

Any insight would be really appreciated.

Thanks

No need to worry. Mine said the same, and I was, just like you, wondering because I read that it should say RESUMED. but everything turned out OK .

So does that mean case is resumed? and what kind of time frame did you have to go through after the message?

Thank you for your quick response

yes, your case is resumed. They got my RFE response on April 29. May 20th I received my interview letter for June 22nd and I got my EAD on May 27. so it was pretty fast.

My case never went to RFE even though i had one. It was always on initial review and jumped to doc production after they received my RFE.

They are processing ur case :)
