RFE Responded and no approval yet

Hi Guys,
My 485 is approved and my wife had an RFE on Medicals,which she submitted and the status on the website is updated as RFE response received on 10/25. So far no approval yet any one else in the same boat.

I heard earlier in this forum that once RFE is replied,the case gets approved in 2-3 weeks.
 
Even i got medical RFE by officer # 256. What is ur officer #? They recd my RFE on 12th Nov and after that LUD has changed 3 times on my 485,
11/15, 11/17, 11/18
but no magic emails yet....

Have u seen any LUD changed on ur wife's case?
