I got an RFE for 3 months pay-stub, last 2 years W-2 and employment
letter with job title, duties and prospects for continued employment..
Actually i used AC21 and joined another company with EAD. Right now
working on W-2 hourly paid.I didnt inform INS about the job change, but i am going to use my old company lawyer to send the RFE response.
My issue is i am not able to get a letter from the current employer
with the clause "prospects for continued employment". They just gave
a letter saying that
"I work in this company as 'Software engineer' and started on 'date'.
I am working as W-2 employer with my hourly rate as '$XX'. I work
currently 40 hours per week."
Has anyone sent response to RFE like this (without having "prospects for continued employment" in the employment letter) and got approved/rejected/case transferred to local INS ???????????
Anyone did like this ??? please let me know..
