I was just wondering is it possible to give the rfe reply in person at laguna niguel or can you handover the application in person and get the receipt of that. Has anyone tried it .

Is that even possible? When you stand in queue to enter the building, what are you going to say? Besides, they take time to enter the details in the computer to generate the receipt. Which won't happen in real time.

Besides with mail, you have confirmation that you have posted the documents and return receipt saying INS has accepted it. Better to send it by overnight mail if you want INS to get it fast!
 
I went to CSC. they will not receive any documents by hand in. all documents should be mailed to them.
