RFE for two new photos - 05/04/01
sent out photos - 05/10/01
Re-sent photos because didn\'t receive return notice - 05/21/01
Still waiting.

AVM updated on June 20, 2001 saying they have received my reply.

Just heard on the AVM that my case was approved on 6/26. Here is the timeline:

PD: 1/98 EB3/RIR
ND: 3/00
Amended case to EB2/RIR from spun-off company in 2/01 with new I-140.
RFE: 3/29/01 for employment letter
RFE replied 4/18. AVM updated on 6/12/01
Approved on 6/26/01
 
I am not on any list. Hope you all get your approval soon. This board has been extremely helpful.
