Hi everybody,
My lawyer replied my RFE on 06/17/04..INS received on 06/25/04...it took one week to reach them...which i can't believe...and on 07/02/04 they updated the system saying following:
On June 29, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 730 and 730 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.
I hope this is the last time i have to send anything to them....or may be i am wrong. I know it is difficult to predict..but, any idea how much time it will take more.
