RFE related, gurus please comment

When filing 485, if the employment letter doesn\'t state "we will continue to hire ABC after his GC approval...", will INS likely to issue RFE to clarify this?

BTW, my RFE was issued on 03/21 which I believe is employment related, 13 days have passed and I still haven\'t get it, is this normal?
