RFE received

Hi Folks,

My wife and myself received RFE today. We have to wait and see why it is issued. I will post details as soon as I open the mail.

I also changed my job, did not inform BCIS about it. So is this the time I need to inform about my job and lawyer change?...

wow - I could have made the post myself. Our cases are so similar it is scary. My FP is much later that yours and I don't have an RFE yet. This is what I plan to do if I get a RFE - if employment RFE, then a cover letter from the lawyer will explain the eligibility under AC21 and outline the similarities with LC job, salary etc. in additon to paystubs and employment letter.
Take it easy - it is a good sign that your file has been picked up. Just get your materials ready and you should hear from BCIS in 2-3 weeks after you respond.

Joined the same client and changed address ( local change )
Send address/employer change info to ins through
attorney ( maintained same attorney ) by Oct, 2002.
RFE Apr 28, 2003
Employment Letter, Pay stub for 6 months, w2, Tax return
All pages of passport
RFE Received on May 19, 2003.

Still waiting.

My wife also got rfe for all pages of passport plus documents to support that she did not change her status like H4 to H1 etc. Attorney took care of that, we did not provide anything.
