I received RFE for my case (kindly see my earlier posts to check for my credentials):
I was told the evidence as a whole is not sufficient:
1. I was asked to explain my undergraduate awards.....
My lawyer mentioned my travel awards in passing, we never claimed this criteria.
2. Asked for events where I have performed have a distinguished reputation...
I am not a dancer or a performer.
3. Membership: asked for
my lawyer had claimed sigma xi, asked for documentary evidence that organization requires outstanding acheivement
we had submitted membership criteria along with the application
4. Published material of alien:
Wants us to show that the work is significant. ... generic
5. Judge of the work of others: accepted
6. Has my work been used or implemented by others?
Evidence that those outside of your circle consider the work is important or valuable?
7. Submit statement from principal investigators of each article in which your work is cited, in plain english of the relative importance of the cited element. asked for citation index (which we had already submitted along with highlighted citations from a few selected journals)
8. Evidence of the alien's original scholarly or scientific contributions of major significance in the field:
........
No mention about my publications, looks like that area was completely overlooked.
I am not sure if the reviewer read the I-140 petition properly
Any suggestions?
