RFE Received

Hello, few questions about RFE. Its not my case but a person I know. Her RD date is 10/99..asylum grant in 1998.

The RFE asks for discrepancies in Birth dates...I think it was some typo.

So we have prepared the following:


1) Drivers License with photo and correct DOB
2) Certified Birth Certificate Copy with DOB matching License.
3) Expired RTD with matching DOB in 1 & 2 showing all match.

Is this enough? I was also going to include

4) Expired National Passport with the DOB
5) Her guardians certifying her DOB...

LEt me know..YOu can never have enough evidence with these RFE's...Thanks!!

How did the discrepancy arise in the first place? It might be helpful to attach an explanation (short one, please).

She doesn't remember. She was 16 at that time. I think someone else filled forms for her and may have put the wrong year..HER I-485 says 11/02/1981 while her g-35 says 11/02/1982....she didn't have an attorney...All other places its 11/02/1981..and only g-35 has that mistake..CAn you advice what to write??

Can you tell me what should i write as to how discrepancies arrived?
