RFE is asking for evidence of "proferred wage", blah blah and "terms and condition of petition continue to exist"

I switched job after I140 was approved but I485 filed less than 180 days.

I guess I'll respond with an EVL from my current employer (salary 20% less) and 2 recent paystubs.

Is there anything else I should submit?

I'll keep everyone posted on my status.

Thanks.

RFE exact words

The documentation submitted is not sufficient to warrant favorable consideration of your petition/application. The following information is also required:

Submit a currently issued letter or other evidence from the prospective permanent employer that indicates your current position, if any, your porferred position, and proffered wage and indicating that the terms and conditions of the employment petition continue to exist.

Attorney's approach

My attorney suggests submitting the following:
1. AC21 cover letter indicating my last date with the sponsoring company (which is less than 180 days since I485 filing) and the joining date of the current company.
2. EVL
3. Last year's IRS form 1120 for the current company (anyone familiar with this?)
4. Recent paystubs.

What do you guys think? Any potential risk of exposing last date with sponsoring company (<180 days) to USCIS?

I would suggest not including the last date < 180 days.

Hi AtlantaBhopali,

Why do u include Employer Tax return (form i 120) when they are not asking for that.

3. Last year's IRS form 1120 for the current company (anyone familiar with this?)

Form 1120

Because my attorney suggests that since I didn't inform CIS of the change of my employer, they WILL ask for the form in a second RFE if I don't submit it this time.

Personally I don't think it's necessary, but since my attorney asked for it, I may try to get it from my employer.
